Dr. Deborah Ulbrich
Dr. Ulbrich, aka "Dr. Deb", received her undergraduate degree at Stetson University in 1993. She then obtained her Doctorate of Veterinary Medicine from Ross University and completed her clinical rotations at the University of Missouri. After graduation, she practiced in the Hudson Valley area in New York with a focus on internal medicine and oncology. In 2004, Dr. Ulbrich and her husband, Dr. Thomas MacPhail, purchased a one doctor small animal practice and transformed it into a full service 24 hour veterinary hospital. In addition, they opened a small animal daytime clinic and animal boarding facility. 2 years ago, Dr. Ulbrich and her husband sold their "brick and mortar" practices and decided to open Willow Run Mobile Veterinary Clinic.
Together with her husband, they share a household with their children and many animals! She enjoys spending time with her family, boating and traveling. She speaks fluent German and has traveled throughout the world.
Dr. Thomas MacPhail
Dr. MacPhail, aka "Dr. Tom", received his Bachelors of Science degree from Virginia Tech in 1998. He obtained his Doctorate of Veterinary Medicine from Ross University and completed his clinical rotations at the University of Missouri - Columbia. After practicing veterinary medicine in Kingston, New York, he decided to move to Florida where, together with his wife, he opened 3 veterinary facilities, including a full service 24 hour veterinary hospital. 2 years ago, hoping to spend more time with their clients / patients, Dr. MacPhail and Dr. Ulbrich opened Willow Run Mobile Veterinary Clinic. Dr. MacPhail has a particular interest in soft-tissue and orthopedic surgery. He continually attends special orthopedic seminars and performs various types of special bone surgeries. He is a member of the American Veterinary Medical Association and the Florida Veterinary Medical Association. Dr. MacPhail enjoys spending time with his family, boating, traveling, soccer and playing ball with his dogs.
